Product Manager

main continent:Develop and execute annual marketing plan to capture market opportunities and maximize the product value - Establish proper product position and identify the target customer segment based on thorough understanding of the market situation and competition - Manage the brand budget according to the market needs and company policies; realize the brand business target - Provide innovative support to the sales team (detailing and educational materials, training, promotional programs, etc.) - Establish and maintain strong relationship with opinion leaders - Carry out relevant projects and tasks from the headquarters Qualifications: - University degree in medical or related field - Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical product management - Working experience in pediatrics preferred - Experience in new product launch in pharmaceutical industry preferred - Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred - Must have excellent communication skills - Must be energetic, intelligent, reliable, analytical, and friendly - Must have good oral and written English skills.
