1. 10+ years work experience in machining process/technology & manufacture and machining parts, good knowledge for machining, incl. fixture, clamping concept, tool knowledge, machines, machining process.

2. rich experience in troubleshooting in manufacturing process of machining, supplier manufacturing process.

3. Capable to manage complex projects.

4. Good experience and knowledge in purchasing affairs.

5. Good strategic thinking.

6. Fluent English in speaking and writing.

7. Good communication skills on an international basis.

8. Bachelor or master degree.

9. Has knowledge of IATF 16969, VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP.

10. Structured approach of tasks.

11. Good skills of self organizing/driving.

12. High frequency for biz. trip.
