Sr. Staff FAE - High Power

1. Bachelor/Master degree in power electronics, electric engineering.

2. 5+ years working experience in automotive semiconductors or applications.

3. Hands-on experience on IGBT/SiC/GaN in xEV applications such Main Inverter, OBC, DCDC or related power conversion applications in industry.

4. Solid knowhow of power electronics device physics (Si, SiC. GaN etc), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc

5. Solid knowledge about power module design and interconnect technologies.

6. EMC/EMI experience is preferred

7. Concept of ISO26262 is preferred

8. Good customer communication/presentation skills

9. Fluently speaking & writing in English

10. Team work, High-level of self-discipline and innovative

11. Willingness to travel
