2. At least 2 years of industry experience in autoimmune disease drug discovery (small-molecule or biologics), with a proven track record of driving multidisciplinary research in a competitive field.

3. Deep understanding of immunology and extensive experience as a project leader in early-stage autoimmune drug discovery programs, with a strong record of initiating and advancing projects.

4. Expertise in designing, validating, and executing biochemical and cellular assays for autoimmune targets, with demonstrated skills in rigorous data analysis and assay strategy implementation to progress preclinical molecules toward clinical development.

5. Excellent Chinese/English communication skills, with the ability to thrive as an influential member of collaborative, interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Skilled in identifying and creatively resolving scientific and project-related challenges, with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles in autoimmune drug development.

7. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals, preferably in immunology or autoimmune disease research.
