Virological Immunology Leader

1. Ph.D. in immunology, virology or a related field, 10+ years in virology/immunology research, including 3+ years of industry experiences or leadership in related fields.

2. In-depth knowledge of innate and adaptive immune responses to viral infections and vaccination.

3. Strong track record of publications in virology, immunology or vaccine, along with demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution within an industrial setting.

4. Experience with a variety of commonly used immunological assays and techniques including flow cytometry, ELSIA, Luminex and various cell-based assays.

5. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism or equivalent).

6. Motivation for continuous learning and adapt to scientific and technological advancements.

7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with external clients and internal partners.

9. Proven ability in strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution

10. Preferred qualifications: International education and work experience.
